This is one of my recent make up bargains! It's a neon glitter from Medusa Cosmetics called Neon Orange! Since I didn't have the time to try it on my eyes I decided to toss it on my lips instead!
I used Barry M Lip Lacquer Crayon in Mandarin (or number 3) as a primer and then dabbed the glitter on with a synthetic brush.
I love how crazy vivd the glitter is and I was surprised how awesome it stayed on! It didn't even come off when I rinsed my lips with tons of water!
Only bad thing is that it cracks when one smile but it goes back to normal as soon as one quits...
